Clarkstown Police Promote Sgt. Alice Laschet to Lieutenant

The Clarkstown Police Department announced the promotion of Alice Laschet to the rank of lieutenant, a milestone recognizing more than 23 years of dedicated service to the department.
Police Chief Wanamaker praised Lt. Laschet’s leadership and commitment, noting her most recent role supervising the Special Operations Unit and her integral work with the CaRes Unit. Over the course of her career, Lt. Laschet has also served as a field training officer, academy instructor, and team leader for the Crisis Negotiation Team.
Lt. Laschet will be assigned to the Patrol Division, where she will continue serving the community with professionalism and integrity.
The department congratulated Lt. Laschet on her well-deserved promotion and thanked her for her continued dedication to public service.
