The Clarkstown Police Department has announced the promotions of Police Officers Brian Calore and Dan Maloney to the rank of detective, according to Chief Jeffrey Wanamaker, Captain James Fay, and Captain Cummings.
Detective Calore most recently served as the School Resource Officer at Nyack High School, where he was recognized for his strong commitment to community engagement and student safety. Detective Maloney previously served as the department’s Office of Emergency Management Coordinator, playing a key role in preparedness and response efforts, including coordinating training exercises and developing emergency response plans.
Department leadership congratulated both detectives on their well-deserved promotions and wished them continued success in their new roles serving the Clarkstown community.
