The Clarkstown Police Department has officially welcomed two new members to its ranks.
Police Chief Jeffrey Wanamaker announced the hiring of Police Officers Tara Hagan and Justin Breslow, who join the department after previously serving with the New York City Police Department (NYPD).
Both officers were officially sworn in by Clarkstown Town Clerk Lauren Marie Wohl during a ceremony attended by department leadership and family members.
Chief Wanamaker praised the new officers and welcomed them to the department, noting that their prior law enforcement experience and commitment to public service will be valuable assets to the Clarkstown Police Department.
