The Clarkstown Police Department has officially welcomed four new police officers following their graduation from the Rockland County Police & Public Safety Academy. Police Officers Brendan Curley, Drew Gauzza, Kyle Teneyck, and Christopher Walsh were sworn into the department by Chief James Fay and Captain Quinn, marking the beginning of their careers serving the Clarkstown community.
Following their academy graduation, the officers will begin the next phase of their training, which includes extensive departmental instruction and a comprehensive field training program. During this period, they will work alongside experienced, certified field training officers to build on the skills they developed at the academy and prepare to serve residents with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
The department also thanked George Hoehmann and the Clarkstown Town Board for their continued support of the police department and their commitment to maintaining a high level of public safety throughout the town.
