The Clarkstown Police Department’s Drone Unit (UAV) recently had the pleasure of meeting with the Clarkstown South High School Drone Club. This collaborative event brought together the department’s drone team and a group of bright, innovative students dedicated to exploring technology’s impact on community safety and innovation.
During the visit, officers shared insights on how the department utilizes drones in various safety and operational scenarios. The students engaged in discussions about drone technology’s real-world applications, particularly in enhancing public safety and supporting law enforcement.
