Clarkstown Detective Keith TenEyck Retires After 26 Years of Dedicated Service

After more than two decades of dedicated service, Detective Keith TenEyck is retiring from the Clarkstown Police Department, marking the end of a distinguished 26-year career in law enforcement.

Detective TenEyck began his career with the Clarkstown Police Department in January 2000 as a patrol officer. Throughout his tenure, he took on a variety of roles within the department, including serving in the Street Crime Unit, where he played a key role in proactive enforcement initiatives aimed at keeping the Clarkstown community safe.

In 2020, in recognition of his commitment and hard work, TenEyck was promoted to the rank of detective. He was later assigned to the Juvenile Aid Bureau within the department’s Detective Bureau, where he handled sensitive investigations involving youth. Colleagues say he approached each case with professionalism, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Department members and community residents alike are expressing their appreciation for Detective TenEyck’s years of service and dedication.

The Clarkstown Police Department congratulates Detective TenEyck on his well-earned retirement and wishes him all the best in the years ahead.
