An MVA occurred Friday morning at approximately 10:00 a.m. when a vehicle traveling on the Garden State Parkway lost control and veered off the roadway, landing in a wooded area between a home on Erin Lane in Chestnut Ridge and the Parkway.
Emergency personnel from Faist EMS, Rockland Paramedics, the South Spring Valley Fire Department, the Pearl River Fire Department, Ramapo Police, and the New Jersey State Police responded to the scene.
Injuries were reported as a result of the crash. The circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
