A special event was held at the newly opened Valley Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey, to mark the inauguration of a Chesed 24/7 Hospitality Room. The event was attended by hospital officials, Chesed 24/7 staff, liaisons, and representatives from Rockland Hatzoloh.
The new hospitality rooms, which provide comfort and vital resources for patients and their families, are part of Chesed 24/7’s mission to bring support and care to those facing medical challenges.
In recent months, Rockland Hatzoloh has increasingly transported patients to Valley Hospital, citing the facility’s exceptional level of care and service. The strong relationship forged between Rockland Hatzoloh and Valley Hospital has further enhanced the overall patient experience, allowing for smoother coordination and better outcomes.
The new Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ, officially opened its doors and welcomed its first patients on April 14, 2024. The hospital moved from its previous location in Ridgewood to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Paramus. The new hospital features single-patient rooms, an expanded emergency department, larger operating rooms, park-like grounds, and the latest medical technology. The former Ridgewood campus will remain open as an outpatient facility for services such as imaging.
