With Chaverim volunteers responding to a steadily increasing number of requests for assistance, dispatchers play a critical role in answering incoming calls, gathering information and coordinating the appropriate volunteers to respond quickly and efficiently.
The organization is seeking candidates who live in Rockland County, have flexible availability and strong communication skills, and are fluent in both English and Yiddish.
