On Wednesday evening, Chaverim of Rockland held their annual members’ appreciation BBQ, an event that saw a strong turnout from local law enforcement and elected officials.

Among the notable attendees were Congressman Mike Lawler, Senator Bill Weber, Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht, Town of Ramapo Deputy Supervisor Brendel Logan, Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco, Ramapo Police Chief Daniel Hyman, Ramapo Police Captain Michael Colbath, Ramapo Police Lieutenant Kenny Joyce, Spring Valley Police Chief Richard Oleszczuk, Spring Valley Police Deputy Chief Jack Bosworth, Spring Valley Police Detective Rich Capraro, Village of Chestnut Ridge Deputy Mayor Chaim Rose, Rockland County Legislator Aron Wieder, and Former State Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick.

The event provided an opportunity for Chaverim members to connect with local leaders, discuss community concerns, and strengthen relationships with those who play crucial roles in maintaining the safety and well-being of Rockland County residents.
