Chaverim of Rockland has dispatched a team of highly trained search and rescue professionals to assist in the search for Tzion Maron, an 8-year-old from Baltimore who went missing Wednesday during a family outing in Flagstaff, Arizona. The elite search team was transported to Arizona on Thursday morning via Hatzolah Air, arriving in Flagstaff at approximately 10:15AM EST.
In a critical show of cooperation, Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco personally reached out to the Coconino County Sheriff’s Department to introduce Chaverim of Rockland and ensure that the integration of their specialized search team into the ongoing efforts would be seamless. This crucial step allows the Chaverim team to work alongside local law enforcement without delay.
Additionally, Rockland Police Liaison Hershy Margaretten and Chaverim Of Rockland Coordinator Yossi Margaretten have been deeply involved in the operation. Both have played vital roles in coordinating between Rockland and Arizona authorities, ensuring clear communication and effective cooperation as the search continues.
