Chaverim of Rockland recently received several small, fully equipped scooters that were strategically stationed across high-traffic areas during the Yom Tov season to help volunteers reach members of the community quickly despite heavy congestion.
Each scooter was outfitted with essential tools to handle a wide range of calls, ensuring that help could arrive promptly even when vehicles were stuck in gridlock.
The scooters were generously donated by an anonymous benefactor L’ilui Nishmas Zissel Bas Reb Shlome.
