Sources tell Monsey Scoop that his name is Gershon (Garry) Tarshish, and was approximately 70 years of age, Misaskim and Chesed Shel Emes are working to ensure proper Kavod Hames. The victim was reportedly living alone and there was no one in the home at the time of the blaze.
