In the Town of Haverstraw, Howard T. Phillips Jr. was re-elected as Town Supervisor, extending his long tenure at the helm of town government. In Orangetown, Teresa M. Kenny was re-elected as Town Supervisor. The Town of Stony Point saw new leadership as Amy Conklin-Stamm was elected Town Supervisor, succeeding outgoing Supervisor Jim Monaghan, who did not seek re-election. Conklin-Stamm’s campaign focused on responsive government, environmental protection, and resident engagement, appealing to voters seeking a fresh perspective.
