Following spirited primary battles, three candidates endorsed by many in the frum community emerged victorious in the Rockland County Democratic primaries.
Family Court Judge Chris Exias was declared the victor in his race, as was Spring Valley Trustee Yisroel Eisenbach, and up-and-coming askan Shmuel Smith, who is also vying for a Spring Valley Trustee spot.
The wins cap a long and rather arduous skirmish for the respective seats, and provides a major boon to Jewish communities across Rockland.
