Monsey Scoop is deeply saddened to report the sudden and tragic Petira of Reb Chaim Mordechai Fleishman Z”L, who was niftar over Shabbos at Westchester Medical Center.
Reb Chaim Mordechai, a 35-year-old devoted husband and father from Airmont, leaves behind his grieving wife and children. The community is heartbroken over this unexpected loss.
Earlier in the week, on Monday evening, Reb Chaim Mordechai suffered a sudden aneurysm at his home. The swift response by Rockland Hatzoloh volunteers, who arrived at the scene in under 30 seconds, was instrumental in providing immediate life-saving care. Hatzoloh paramedics stabilized him on-site before transporting him to Westchester Medical Center, where he remained in critical condition until his untimely petira.
The Levaya will take place at Khal Kinyan Torah (Rav Schnebalg’s Shul) 2 Dawn Lane in Airmont on Motzei Shabbos at 10:00PM.
