Monsey Scoop regrets to inform you of the Petira of Rebbetzin Faiga Yenta Twersky A”H, a granddaughter of the revered Rachmastrivka Rebbe ZT”L. She was the eldest daughter of his son, HaRav Mordechai Twersky ZT”L, and a sister of the current Rachmastrivka Rebbe of Spring Valley, shlit”a.
Rebbetzin Twersky, who was 51 years old, endured severe health challenges throughout her life. Two weeks ago, she collapsed, and her condition steadily worsened until she tragically passed away on Monday afternoon in Eretz Yisroel.
The Rachmastrivka Rebbe of Spring Valley was informed of his sister’s passing early Monday morning before davening. He immediately began sitting shiva at his residence in Monsey.
In the coming days, the Rebbe is expected to travel to Eretz Yisroel to continue sitting shiva alongside his mother, the Rebbetzin, and other family members.
The Nichum Aveilim schedule for today, Monday, is as follows: From Mincha at 4:30 PM until Maariv at 7:00 PM, Then from 8:30 PM until 11:00 PM at the Rachmastrivka Beis Medrash at 5 Elaine Place, Spring Valley.
