Monsey Scoop regrets to inform you of the Petira of Reb Shmiel (Yosef) Spitzer Z”L, he was 78 years old.
The Niftar Z”L, recently collapsed and was taken to Westchester Medical Center, the name Yosef was added as a zechus for his refuah, but was unfortunately Niftar on Tuesday.
The Niftar Z”L lived in Williamsburg until approximately a year ago when he relocated to Monsey.
The Levaya will take place on Tuesday evening at the Satmar Shul 1 Monsey Blvd at 7:00PM, The Kuvura will take place at Har Shalom Beis Hachaim in Airmont.
