Monsey Scoop regrets to inform you of the petira of Reb Moshe Shloma Schwartz A”H, who was niftar on Purim Tuesday evening at the age of 68 following an illness.

Reb Moshe Shloma was a longtime resident of Boro Park before moving in recent years to Airmont–Monsey. During his years in Boro Park, he was well known for his dedication to community safety as a member of Boro Park Shomrim, where he served in earlier years under the designation B-11. His commitment to helping others and protecting the community left a lasting impression on many who worked alongside him.

The Levaya will take place on Shushan Purim, Wednesday at 1:00 PM at the Ridnik Beis Hamedrish, located at 22 Rustic Drive in Airmont, followed by the Kevurah at Har Shalom Beis HaChaim in Airmont.
