Monsey Scoop regrets to inform you of the Petira of Mrs. Zissel Schabes A”H, the mother of Reb Chaim Schabes Shlit”a of Monsey. She was 96 years old.
The nifteres was originally from Mexico and moved to Chicago several years back before relocating to Monsey, where she lived in her final years.
The Levaya will take place Wednesday night at the Knesses Yisroel Shul – 698 Union Road, Spring Valley at 8:30PM. The nifteres will be flown to Mexico for kevurah.
