BDE: Petira of Mrs. Esther Neuhauser A”H, 97, Holocaust Survivor

Monsey Scoop regrets to inform you of the petira of Mrs. Esther Neuhauser A”H, a 97-year-old Holocaust survivor and longtime Monsey resident, who was niftar on Shabbos morning after suffering cardiac arrest. Rockland Hatzoloh volunteers responded to her home and did all they could, but were unfortunately unable to revive her.

Mrs. Neuhauser A”H, a pillar of strength and emunah, survived the horrors of Auschwitz along with her five sisters. She went on to rebuild a beautiful Torah family, leaving behind a legacy of dozens of children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren committed to a life of Torah and mitzvos.

The levaya took place Sunday morning at Beis Medrash Beis Chaim Yitzchok on Highview Road, followed by another levaya and kevurah in Mount Kisco.

Besuros Tovos.
