Monsey Scoop is saddened to inform you of the Petira of HaRav Shlomo Ullman Z”L, a longtime Rebbe at Yeshiva of Spring Valley (YSV) in Monsey for nearly 45 years. He was Niftar on Yom Kippur at the age of 79.
In addition to his decades of dedication to YSV, The Niftar Z”L was one of the first volunteers for Rockland Hatzoloh, and was also involved in kashrus supervision through the Orthodox Union (OU) and other organizations. He relocated to Lakewood approximately five years ago.
The Levaya will take place on Sunday at 1:00PM at the Lakewood Chapel, located at 613 Ramsey Avenue.
Shiva will be held at 153 Skyline Drive in The Fairways.
