Assemblyman Wieder Bolsters Community Engagement with Mobile Offices and 9/11 Commemorations

Assemblyman Wieder continues to prioritize direct engagement with constituents, hosting two mobile office sessions this past week and actively participating in 9/11 remembrance events across his district, with his staff representing him at additional ceremonies.

On Wednesday, September 10, Assembly Member Wieder’s office held a mobile office at Pomona Village Hall, providing residents a convenient opportunity to seek assistance with state services and local issues. Yesterday, September 14, a second mobile office took place at Town Square Mall in Evergreen, offering support in a bustling retail setting. “These mobile offices are about meeting people where they are,” said Assembly Member Wieder. “From helping with state programs to addressing local concerns, my team is committed to making a difference.”

In addition, Assembly Member Wieder visited the newly opened Tagin store to congratulate the owners and staff, wishing them success in their new venture. He emphasized the value of local businesses in fostering economic growth. “Tagin’s opening is a win for the community,” he said. “I’m excited to support their growth and see their positive impact on our district.”

To honor the 23rd anniversary of September 11, 2001, Assembly Member Wieder personally attended commemoration events at Tappan Memorial Park, Piermont, and Orangetown Town Hall, joining residents, first responders, and officials in solemn remembrance. His office staff represented him at additional ceremonies at Ramapo Town Hall and Dominican University, ensuring broad participation across the district. These events underscored the enduring strength and unity of the community in reflecting on the tragedy.

Constituents needing assistance with state-related matters are encouraged to contact Assembly Member Wieder’s office at 845-624-4601, where his team is ready to provide support.
