Assemblyman Aron Wieder Secures $50,000 for Village of Kaser Bus Service

New York State Assemblyman Aron Wieder (D-97th District) has secured $50,000 in state funding to support the operating and maintenance costs of the Village of Kaser’s bus service.

The shuttle system offers multiple routes connecting to key destinations, including shopping centers like Costco, Walmart, Bingo, and The Marketplace, as well as medical offices and town halls. With affordable fares, the service is open to anyone along the routes in Rockland County.

This reliable transportation option has a tremendous impact on residents, providing access to essential services. It also helps reduce the number of cars on the road, mitigating traffic congestion in the area.

Assemblyman Wieder continues to advocate for local transportation improvements in the 97th District.
