On Sunday, Assemblyman Aron Wieder joined families and local organizations at the 25th Annual Rockland County Youth Fest, held at Rockland Community College (RCC). Hosted by the Rockland County Youth Bureau, the event featured interactive booths and entertainment for all ages.
Wieder, representing the 97th Assembly District, met with constituents and explored various displays, starting with the County Executive’s booth, which highlighted local leadership and community priorities. He also visited the Rockland County Legislator’s booth, showcasing legislative initiatives for youth and families, and the Rockland County District Attorney’s exhibit, focusing on public safety and outreach programs. “It’s great to connect with the community in such a lively setting,” Wieder said during his visit. A Rockland County resident for over 30 years, he emphasized accessibility since taking office in January 2025.
The Youth Fest, held alongside Rockland County Government Day, offered free activities and a chance to engage with local officials, reflecting the community’s vibrancy.
