Arrest Made in Fatal Bronx Crash Involving Rockland County Teen and Brooklyn Man

The NYPD has arrested Enrique Lopez in connection with the accident that resulted in the deaths of a teenage girl from Rockland County and a man from Brooklyn. The incident claimed the lives of 15-year-old Sabrina Villa-Gomez-Gonzalez from Nanuet and 21-year-old Gilvante Roberson.

According to police reports, Lopez, 23, lost control of his vehicle, leading to a collision with a parked oil tanker truck. He now faces serious charges, including manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Additionally, 17-year-old Aaliyah Torres, a friend of Villa-Gomez-Gonzalez, was also present in the car at the time of the accident. She is currently in critical condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.
