All Lanes Reopen After Over-Height Tractor-Trailer Hits Overpass, Overturns on NYS Thruway

All lanes have reopened following the tractor-trailer rollover near the Tappan Zee Bridge. State Police say the truck struck the South Broadway overpass before overturning and hitting a Toyota parked on the shoulder. The Toyota driver was taken to Nyack Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The truck driver, identified as 50-year-old Pernell Harris of South Carolina, was not injured and was ticketed for operating an over-height vehicle.
