Firefighters from Tallman and Suffern, along with Ramapo Police, Rockland County Sheriff’s BCI, William P. Faist Volunteer Ambulance and other emergency personnel, responded to a working structure fire on Tuesday evening at approximately 6PM at 12 Rustic Drive.
The fire was quickly contained, and no injuries have been reported at this time.
Sources tell Monsey Scoop that the fire may have been deliberately set by recently evicted tenants; however, these claims are preliminary and have not yet been confirmed. Authorities, including the Ramapo Police Detectives and the Rockland County Sheriff’s office, are actively investigating the incident to determine the cause of the fire.
