A 5-year-old girl was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Hoyt Street and West Street. The child was initially reported to be unresponsive but has since become responsive. Hatzoloh EMS and the Spring Valley Police Department responded to the scene, and the girl was transported to Westchester Medical Center with reported injuries.
